Bra size is indicated by "Bust" and "Under Bust". To find your cup size, take two measurements.

top and bottom positions
upper body
Prepare a ruler so that it is flush with the floor and on the upper bust line. Tilt your body 90 degrees, make sure the highest part of your bust is standing firmly, make sure the tape measure is parallel to your upper bust, relax and measure the length slightly loosely.
Under Bust
Lift your bust like you're wearing a bra. If you have a fuller bust or a low bust that is difficult to lift, try wearing your most comfortable bra and measure. The bust is almost lifted.
